Residential Sealcoating

Step one – Cleaning
We prepare the driveway by cutting the grass on the edges of the driveway to expose as much of the original driveway as possible. Next, we use power brooms and power blowers to remove loose dirt and debris from the surface of the asphalt. This guarantees that the sealant will properly adhere to the asphalt surface for a lasting finish. Prep Seal a 100% acrylic emulsion formula is used to treat oil spots and other stains. This important step in preparing your driveway for sealcoating allows the sealant to adhere to these areas.

Step two - Crack Filling
The final step in preparing your driveway for sealcoating is inspecting the size and depth of cracks. We fill cracks up to 3/8 wide with an environmentally friendly emulsion based product. This product is a cold rubberized polymer modified Mastic with aggregates. Sealing cracks will keep out water and prevent further damage from occurring. Due to temperature changes, the asphalt will expand and contract, filling cracks with crack fillant will provide added life to your driveway.

Step three – Sealcoating
We hand apply a sanded emulsion sealer near garages and other ornamental fixtures. We apply a sanded emulsion sealer to the surface provide you with a flat black coat. ( My product does not leave your driveway with a shine or wet appearance after drying.) Not all sealers are created equal. When purchased from the supplier, All Weather Sealcoating mixes latex additives and sand in our product according to the manufactures specifications.
Once dried (usually 24 hours), it will protect your driveway from the elements and look like new. All Weather Sealcoating will block off your entrance upon completion of the job.

Commercial Services
